Wow what a week! I don't even know where to begin! We met so many cool people and got to drive all over northern and west Texas! Such a beautiful state!
Our first stop was Witchita Falls, TX where we met up with KOLI's aka 949 The Outlaw, James Cook from the "Way Too Early Show", a very fitting name I might add!
James taught us that the Oklahoma state vegetable is
a WATERMELON! Who knew! Here I always thought watermelons were fruit... After meeting James we went out to the "bandwagon" and he signed his name in the Oklahoma red dirt!
From there, we headed to Fort Worth, TX. Once we were able to get through all of the road work we found ourselves with the lovely folks of Fort Worth's very own
Big Star 97 & 103 The Bull: Mr. Philip Corder, Rock Johnson, and Candice Wagner!
Not only did we get to meet the faces of the Texas Star Radio Show, but we also met some amazing new and upcoming artists. It was great song-swapping
with Tanner Sparks and Randall Clowdus and sharing a few Texas-brewed beers with the whole gang!
The next day we were up and at it early in the morning to head to Stephenville, TX. (I had to have a few cups of coffee before we got there! Ha!)
